A revision involves simple edits done to your design request. These involve content, layout, coloring and font changes. With our packages, you get unlimited revisions for every task you request.
Please notice that a complete redesign does not count as a revision, but as a separate design request.
It all depends on the complexity of the request and the technical requirements such as sizing, resolution, printing bleeds, etc. Here is an average guideline you can use to have a better idea of different design time frames:
Single Custom PowerPoint Slide – 0.25 ~ 0.5 Hours
Social Post (Static, Simple) – 0.5 Hours
Social Post (Static, Complex) – 1.0+ Hours
Social Post (Animated) 1.5+ Hours
Flyer (One Side) – 1.0+ Hours
Business Card (Double Sided) – 1.5+ Hours
Logo Design (Initial 3 Proposals) – 3+ Hours
Single Page Website (Design and Development) – 8+ Hours
1 Minute Lyric Music Video – 4 Hours
Once the initial request has been sent, you will be receiving a confirmation email that may include further questions from the design team to make sure we’re all on the same page. You should also get an Estimated time of Delivery on your request.
Simple tasks requested in the morning may receive same-day delivery depending on our current task queue. Tasks requested in the afternoon should be delivered in 24 hours or less.
Complex tasks such as websites and video animations may have a longer time of delivery, but we’ll keep you informed in every step of the way.
We firmly believe time is the most valuable asset. Sometimes, a 15-20 minute conversation could’ve easily been a 60 second email composition. If we were to talk to every single client for every single request, we might never get any work done!
We get it, this may sound like a strange concept, but we’ve been able to maximize productivity and output by removing all oral channels of communication and focusing exclusively on text-based requests.
Wondering if this style of communication would work for you? Try a single task request to see if you like it!. Click here to get started!
It depends on the type of work that’s being created, but overall:
• Social Media Post: JPEG or PNG
• Printed Design: PDF, PNG or TIFF
• Logo File: Vector PDF or AI
• Video Export: High Resolution MP4 video
• Transparent elements: PNG
• Editable Formats: PSD, AI or Vector PDF
A document’s resolution describes the amount of pixels that fit within a digital or physical unit of measure. Designs that are meant to be displayed on screens such as phones, laptops, or TV’s should use the standard resolution of 72 pixels per inch. For printing, the ideal resolution would be 300 PPI. This will allow the design piece to come out crisp and detailed, avoiding pixelation.
For screens, the resolution is usually the amount of pixels within a flat area. Some standard examples are 720p, 1080p, 4k or any custom [width X height] size that you may require.
For further specification, please contact us or your print shop / digital display manager and ask what file output would be best for the specific request you may have.
We would love to dedicate ourselves to our craft on a 24/7 basis, but unfortunately there are physical limits to this creative field. In order to guarantee the highest graphic quality, we follow a regular 8AM to 6PM schedule, from Monday to Friday, leaving the weekends to recharge and share our precious time with the people that we love.
Design tasks sent during the weekend will be added to the queue and taken care of accordingly on the next business day.
