At Pixel Envelope, we are committed to providing exceptional design services with a focus on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and any exceptions to ensure clarity and fairness for all our clients.

Refund Policy:

Our goal is to ensure that every client is completely satisfied with our services. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all design services. If you are not satisfied with the final deliverable, you are eligible to request a full refund within 30 days from the delivery date. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Refunds will only be processed if the request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Approval Process: All refund requests will be thoroughly reviewed by our team. Refunds are granted based on the quality and scope of the work delivered, as well as the rationale provided by the client for their dissatisfaction.

  3. Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that any additional costs outside our standard service offerings are non-refundable.

  4. Partial Refunds: If a project is partially completed and the client decides to cancel midway, a partial refund may be considered based on the extent of work completed and hours invested by our team.

Cancellation Policy:

Pixel Envelope offers flexible cancellation options to suit the dynamic needs of our clients. You can cancel your subscription or service plan at any time. The following terms apply:

  1. How to Cancel: To cancel, please log in to your account and go to the “Manage Subscriptions” section, or contact our support team at support@pixelenvelope.com.

  2. Billing and Access: Upon cancellation, clients will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle. No further billing will occur after the cancellation date.

  3. Free Trial Period: Clients who cancel during a free trial period will not be charged. However, once the free trial period ends, any cancellation will only take effect from the next billing cycle.

Exceptions and Limitations:

  1. No Refunds for Approved Work: Refunds will not be issued for services that have been completed and approved by the client. Once the final deliverables are accepted, the transaction is considered final.

  2. Failure to Provide Required Information: If a client fails to provide the necessary information, feedback, or approvals needed to complete a project within a specified timeframe, Pixel Envelope reserves the right to consider the project completed, and no refunds will be issued.

  3. Custom and Complex Projects: For custom or complex projects requiring significant time and resources, our standard refund policy may not apply. Any exceptions will be discussed with the client prior to commencing work.

Policy Changes:

Pixel Envelope reserves the right to modify this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through notices posted on our website. It is the client’s responsibility to review these changes.
